We found a group of otters as we took the trail along Cape Creek from the beach at Heceta Head. They were very wary of our presence, staying on the far bank from us, and peeking out from behind trees and rocks. Constantly keeping an eye on us. They only ventured back into the creek after we had moved a good distance away.
